Sushi Tora uses only the highest quality, freshest ingredients available, including organic vegetables, greens and fish flown in from Tsukiji market in Japan.
All of our sauces are homemade, including our low sodium soy sauce, and we use only organic brown rice oil for our tempura and other fried dishes.
Unlike most restaurants, we use real wasabi root. Our wasabi comes from Oregon, where it is produced by a labor intensive process over 3 to 4 years for each root. Wasabi is very difficult to grow and needs a constant supply of fresh water.
